Welcome to Wisdomkeepers of Virginia's Monacan Journey
Last summer The Wisdomkeepers of Virginia journeyed to Natural Bridge to speak with some Monacan Indians at their living Village. Later we traveled to their headquaters just down the road. There we spoke to some of the Monacan Elders about their lives. The Wisdomkeepers film crew wishes to thank David Parker from the Monacan Village for his help in the production. We would also like to thank Diane Shields for her efforts in keeping Harvey and Rick on top of our game. Stay tuned for more features from the Monacan Indian Nation.
